Both coupons can be used together towards one item.

I only have one $5 coupon. In my experience, you can't use 2 coupons on one item. Were you able to successfully complete your purchase?

Yah I have multiple accts, each had two coupons, I was able to use two coupons on each item, bought a few. Created a new acct, but it only included the single coupon so its for exsisting accts.
