Back to China, if you lost drone and it's not your fault, you can upload video to dji and dji will provide discount or even give you free drone to cover their mistakes..... I guess we ain't gonna get any of that in the states.

The Potensic Atom 2 was disappointed. It sounded great on paper, but it was worse in terms of photo and flight time compared to the original Mavic Mini. I returned the Atom 2. I just placed an order for the DJI Neo 2 Combo/ with antenna/remote for $429 + tax. It seems the Neo 2 is what I needed for vacation travel photo/video drone.

You will get software updates as they are selling all over the world. US banning the product has nothing to do with software updates.

After researching on/off most of the day, I also decided on the neo 2. Did you end up getting yours on eBay?

My guess is DJI is going to continue giving support and honoring warranties during this ban period because they know that it may be lifted later on.
