This is likely a mistake. The developer's own website mentions it is 42% off for the Switch 2 version. The eShop likely switched the Witcher 3 discount (lists 75% on developer's website but has 42% discount on eShop) with this game. Buy before they fix it.

Yes cross platform saves work but both versions have to be the same ..since the switch 2 is the ultimate version you would need the ultimate version on whatever else you're saving on .....you can't cross save ...base game with the ultimate edition

Never going to happen. Nintendo charges third party companies $15 per unit for just the game card and then there's the packaging charge on top of that.

Yeah. 256GB internal storage is a pain when downloading large games, even with help of SD cards because they are costly today. I recently purchased a 512GB Samsung P9 Express microSD Express Card just for switch 2 and the thing is over $100 with tax. I have to keep telling myself 512GB is enough don't go for 1TB lol

Played Witcher 3 on the switch. It was a lot of fun to play on the go. I'm sure Cyberpunk on the go will be great as well.

I have some eShop credit left over because somewhat bizarrely, when I got the slam dunk deal with Sam's Club gift cards (TL;DR - MWK Bundle for $399 and free shipping before tax) I had to buy another eShop card to cover sales tax, because they wouldn't split payments on Nintendo.com.
A few quick questions:
  1. Does Nintendo split payments on digital transactions, versus delivering an actual product?
  2. Can you only install the main campaign to start? I got a great deal on this on Series X for $40 last year, and once it became available on PS+ I could play it on my PS5 and stream it to my Steamdeck via chiaki-ng, but I had to ditch a minor two hours of progress because Phantom Liberty cannot be installed on one platform, and not another. Once my PS+ subscription ends in February I'd just install Phantom Liberty back on Xbox and Switch 2.
  3. Any issues with CDPR's cross platform cloud saving? Already aware of the Phantom Liberty issue.

Holy cow this is an insane deal on a new tent pole Switch 2 release, esp with Phantom Liberty included. I never played the initial PS4/PS5 release version, but I played the update 2.0 version (on PS5) and it's an awesome game, loved it. If you have Switch 2 and haven't played this game yet, this is a must buy.

Got my son a switch 2 for Christmas but can't purchase, getting an error that my nintendo account needs to be linked to a switch, crossing my fingers that its a legit sale and not a mistake, need to sweat it out a few more days lol!
