This poster must be given rep for producing this list, with proper hyperlinking and all that jazz.
That's a huge post.

Dave the Diver is one my favorite relaxing chill games on Steam Deck, probably great on Switch.
great on the Switch but runs even better with the free Switch 2 upgrade

Ball X Pit worth it? I like brick breaking games but generally don't like roguelites
According to my Xbox, I have played BallxPit for 2 days, 21 hours, and 19 minutes. And I never play games that much. It's dangerous.

I personally don't like it at all. Played for maybe 20-30 mins on gamepass before deleting. Seems most people do though!

Really want to get Bravely Default....But my backlog is so huge....
So many games, so little time....

BD1 IMO looks so much better than BD2.

The game is fantastic as long as you enjoy the variety and gameplay loop, and the dev is really worth supporting with all the updates and free DLC they have announced so far. I'm just hoping they offer up some additional DLC after the Xmas one, even if it's paid.

Any thoughts on Tetris effect being the best version to get for a Switch?
The switch version is fine. For single player tetris, I prefer it over puyopuyo testris and tetris 99. It also has multiplayer but the other 2 are better at that.

I think it's a pretty fun game. But I don't think it should be considered a brick break game. You can let the ball hit the bottom of your screen. I'd say it's more like a shmup.

Nothing for me, but appreciate the very detail-oriented deal post. It seems Nintendo finally is realizing they need to discount some stuff rather than always masquerading around as a premium brand that doesn't need to discount games.

TY!! This prompted me to search for Harry Potter: Hogwart's Legacy (not listed) and was able to buy it for the kids ($8.99!).

$2 for The Last Campfire- well worth it if you like puzzle 'adventure' games where you can play a little bit at a time with a small but cute storyline

I have a gaming PC and mainly buy first-party Nintendo physical games and Switch exclusives, unless they are good portable games like Hades and Slay the Spire, which don't require the power of a gaming PC. I also have a huge backlog from both PC and Switch 1, so I just wonder what games you all recommended? Am on the fence on Dave the diver mainly. thanks!
