Bought this for about 300 10 months ago. Refurb Condition is great. App is so-so, awful UI but features are there. Requires a lot of filling and emptying of the water tanks and the docking tray needs a lot of cleaning, but the mopping does work well. The vacuum is not great but ok on hard surfaces

Mine from last black Friday just died. Ran that thing for a year straight cleaning ~1500 sq ft nightly- first a vacuum pass and then a mopping pass. Thought it was perfect for light messes. Mopping wouldn't get heavy stuff, but was adequate.

In this case the refurbished one comes with 2 years warranty is better.

I'm not having any luck claiming my broken robot through all state or the seller. All state won't even login and the phone number I called rang forever. Won't make a purchase for these types of items again, I feel stupid

Why does roborock release a new robot every month? There's like 30 different models on their site.

This would be a deal for $150-200. Spend ~$100 more and get the Dreame L40. The qrevo is a mid-range robot while the l40 is a high-end robot. The qrevo lacks a good obstacle avoidance system so you will have to pick everything up off the floors to prevent the robot from getting stuck.
