Bought this for about 300 10 months ago. Refurb Condition is great. App is so-so, awful UI but features are there. Requires a lot of filling and emptying of the water tanks and the docking tray needs a lot of cleaning, but the mopping does work well. The vacuum is not great but ok on hard surfaces

Mine from last black Friday just died. Ran that thing for a year straight cleaning ~1500 sq ft nightly- first a vacuum pass and then a mopping pass. Thought it was perfect for light messes. Mopping wouldn't get heavy stuff, but was adequate.

In this case the refurbished one comes with 2 years warranty is better.
