VIP Outlet via eBay has New Member's Mark 8,000 Lumen Dual Power Rechargeable LED Flashlight for $18.00. Shipping is free. 68 available at time of posting.

OP Notes: Rechargeable battery and 9- AA batteries included. Super bright 8,000 lumen output. I would doubt this lumens claim on a no-name unit but this is Sam's Club house brand and well reviewed, so is likely quite a beast. Sells for $39.98 at Sam's; currently on sale there at $34.98:

I ordered something else from that seller on EBay and after about three weeks they cancelled the order and said it was out of stock. They seem to sell a lot of stuff that was returned to Walmart.

I agree, reading is fundamental. If you read it correctly - it does not come with a rechargeable pack. The description says "Dual Power technology supports rechargeable or 9 AA Duracell alkaline batteries for versatile use". It does not come with any rechargeable batteries.
I agree with WiseLake469, to support 8,000 lumens, you will need a battery that supports at least 20amps. AA (even lithium AA) batteries can support a max of 2-3 amps. The 8,000 lumen flashlights typically require multiple Li-ion batteries (21700 or 18650) and those run at 3.7V and not 1.5V.

Read the reviews at Sam's link. Comes with Lithium Ion rechargeable battery and 9 Duracell AAs. And charging cable.

Thanks for pointing that out. I stand corrected. Looks like the description of the item does not mention anything about a Li-ion battery pack.

No worries; VIP is not very good at presenting their goods to buyers. The other side of the coin is that they have some smoking deals on a regular basis.

Will it work with 18650's? I'm trying to find more details about it but it just says "dual power" but only mentions AA's. Also. Not all 18650's can provide 20 amps.

Bought one and it's getting returned. The rechargeable module isn't powering the light after charging it and unlocking the flashlight per instructions. I was able to get light using the battery module but even the battery module seems like it has a defect.

If this flashlight is like one that I own, some batteries run in parallel and some in series. That means it's operating at 3V or 4.5V, not 1.5V. The batteries obviously won't last long but the flashlight is very bright. I'm not saying that it outputs 8000 lumen but I am saying that it's not operating at 1.5V.
