Target was selling these for $480 back in October of 2024, I bought two. Crazy that the price is about the same now

Edit: 128gb

I'd be more worried with software support for this model, but it's a nice deal

Would buy if I didn't t already have one. This is the last pro iPad that has an IPS screen. The Mini LED on the 13inch m2 pro and the new tandem OLED on m4/m5 iPad pros all have terrible PWM flickering and bothers my eyes. So I'm holding onto mine for a very long time.

Its sad that this isn't even mini-LED like the 12.9" pro of the same M2 gen. Price looks good on paper but recently we saw M3 ipad Air for $400 which is a much better deal. Similar screen and better chip. Pro has better speakers but is it worth spending $100 more and getting an older gen processor? I don't think so. And for those that screen quality absolutely matters, waiting on OLED M4 sale might be the way to go.

if you need promotion 120hz and faceid then pro still has advantage vs air

colors aside

Absolute scammers that they're still gatekeeping 120hz behind the Pro model which came out 8 years ago

I mean even cheap prepaid phones have 90hz
