Not a terrible deal. It's amazing how much that looks like the Milwaukee 6 in 1. They were on sale 2 for 20 at Home Depot recently.

Key difference between the two is that Milwaukee's bit is reversible between Phillips and Flat Head. Klein's is singularly Phillips.

Having both, I'd argue the Milwaukee are better. Closing action is better + the dual screwdriver is a plus. These are nice, but I also don't know how great of a deal $17 is anyway. I'd skip personally

After capitalizing on the Milwaukee Buy 5 deal on the 2-packs of the 6-in-1s, this deal falls flat.

I would likely pass on this deal. You don't want to cut yourself using the other end of the tool.

One of these for $17 or two of the (better) Milwaukee model for $20...

The other part of this key difference is the Milwaukee's driver has a ball detent (which is better at holding a double-sided bit) and the Klein's driver has a magnetic holder. The Milwaukee's ball could get lost, but you could add a magnet.
And the Milwaukee could store an extra blade in the handle.

Not a fan of this knife. I bought one of these when I was traveling as I didn't have my milwaukee and it's bad compared to the milwaukee. The one benefit it has is that the blade locks in two different positions vs the milwaukee's one position. Otherwise it feels worse, the action is worse, and when my buddy went to open it with a flick of his wrist, the screw driver bit went flying across the room. Worse in general than the milwaukee IMO.

Another key difference is that the Klein uses a standard 1/4" socket that any bit will fit into (if you lose the original) whereas the Milwaukee uses a proprietary double-ended bit with ball detent, and a normal 1/4" bit is not an ideal replacement if you lose the original -- standard bits might either fall out or are next to impossible to remove because they sit too deep, but YMMV

This was $15 at Lowes earlier this month, so not sure this is such a great deal

Milwaukee has the same type of knife but it's 2 for $20 at Home Depot.

Recommend pass, bought 6 of the milwaukee version last month off here for $4 each. As a box cutter the tool is big and clunky, I strongly prefer the gerber with the sliding blade.....I think the armbar does it better as do almost all the multi-tools that offer many more options.
