FWIW - not covered by Solgaard's warranty - so for something like zipper repair or wheel, you'd have to return the entire thing to Costco vs. Solgaard's lifetime warranty

Costco is not an authorized seller of these per themselves and Solgaard

Pretty sure it's easier to deal with Costco than any other company out there when it comes to refunds. Maybe Nordstrom being a close second

I believe You can return any COSTCO item anytime for a full refund no questions asked (except for certain electronics)

Just to clarify the original point: for minor repairs like a zipper or wheel under warranty, buying direct from Solgaard lets you get it fixed without returning the whole bag (their lifetime warranty covers that). Since Costco isn't an authorized seller, Solgaard won't handle those repairs, so you'd return the entire suitcase to Costco for a refund instead and replace with whatever inventory they had (changes often)
Costco obviously wins hands down on returns
