I bought these 2 months ago and my wife has the bose QC ultras. Both are really nice, I think the momentums have the edge on sound quality, bose definitely has better ANC, momentums build quality feels and looks more premium, momentums battery life is 60hrs, Bose is 30. Bose sound quality is still really good, so if you want the best ANC go Bose, if you want the best possible sound quality and/or battery life, get the momentums

Really great sound quality, better than Bose there, but not as great noise isolation as Bose QCs. Still a great deal.

I have these and they're solid enough. The fabric on the top started coming off though, and recently got Sony's XM4s and even though they're kinda old at this point, I much prefer them personally. Personal preference and all, and for $200 these are probably worth it, but I personally preferred getting the XM4s for $160 on Black Friday deals.

Got one from the woot deal during Black Friday for $143. We also have the Sony XM5 and Bose QC in the family. After testing and comparing. These headphones are heavier on the ear but produce the best range and bass. ANC is average so I'd probably only wear these for work/home use, and XM5 and QC for travel.

How is this a deal when Woot just sold the Black/Copper - Special Edition version for $143 just last month, now that was a real SD. Sennheiser beats Bose and Sony in sound quality IMO.

It's a snug fit for larger heads, but eventually they break in.

Best sound of any ANC headphones. The Active Noise Cancellation itself doesn't measure up there with Sony's headphones, but it's still pretty great.

I'm getting the Sennheiser HD 660S2 delivered today that I paid $400 for on Amazon. Is it better to just keep them or get these and save $200? I'm a noob with high end headphones.

The best possible sound quality is not going to be had with either of those headphones. You would need to spend a significant amount more money and other equipment to get the best possible sounding headphones.

If you're a noob then you probably would be plenty happy with these for $200 less. You're also comparing wired open-back to wireless closed-back headphones, is that intentional?

I bought both for Thanksgiving , out of the box Sennheiser sounds better. After couple tweaks in EQ, the Bose sounded just as good if not a touch better for me. Sound is subjective so YMMV. Comfort wise and ANC, Bose is in another tier IMO. Senny went back, kept the Bose and super happy. Compared them to xm5 (which were aging) and AirPods Pro's too btw. Bose for my purposes were the best.

Own both. I'd say neck and neck. AirPods Max sound better but EQ gets Bose to sound just about the same if not a touch better.
