Got these last time and haven't been impressed with the sound quality. Maybe my expectations were too high from all the good reviews. For $20 I will be keeping them as backup.

I really want back ups for my Turtle Beach because those ones sound amazing (purchased in '23 as a $30 Slickdeal). These ones don't seem to be as good so.. maybe good enough for a back up but not as a replacement.

In for one. I just got the new Pixel Buds Pro 2 and while they're great earbuds, they don't stay in my ears at the gym. Worth $20 to try these out as new gym earbuds.

At retail, these are decent. But at this price, these are great compared to others in this price range. The ANC is really good at this price. Sound quality is good out of the box, but the app lets you customize the EQ to your likings. If you're a bass head, you won't be disappointed and the bass is very clean. It was too much for me so I had to lower it. The only thing that needs work is the pass-through sound.

warning cmf/nothing doesnt provide warranty for items not purchased directly from them. So if they stop working in 31 days your SOL. Keep in mind neay every other company offers a warranty. JBL, Soundcore, Samsung, Oneplus, Baseus, Apple, Earfun, Jlab and just about every other company.

Solid earbuds, definitely worth $20. The noise cancelling is actually not bad for the price

I haven't tried these but I did try the neck band that was released at the same time and the sounds signature out of the box was not good. It was way too much bass. but that's what people like. But it had reasonable EQ options in the app and of course of your own Android EQ is easy anyways. It is very feature-rich for the price point multi-point active noise cancellation transparency app support, EQ....

Nothing has produced a whole line of audio products and these are their bottom-tier entry level earbuds. imo these are excellently made. There are multiple levels with increasingly better ANC and bass. The $70 Buds 2 plus are rated for 50 db, these are only rated for 42 db.

Bass hits hard - not as hard as a Sony XM4 or 5 but its 80% there. If you like Sony XM4/5's sound profile you might be inclined to like these as well.

ANC is decent to good as one would expect from earbuds and not actual over-the-ear headphones. However, all ANC in earbuds depends on choosing the correct silicone earbud according to your inner ear hole size. There are 3 sizes included to choose from.

Also, these earbud silicones are of a different shape. Instead of the traditional circular shape these are more oval and more realistic of actual ear-hole shapes leading to a better fit and sound dampening.

Calls - I was in the mall with music blasting in the background and I had to answer a phone call, I apologized for the loud music in the background, but all they said was "what music?? I only hear you talking and its pretty clear"

Battery level indicator is based off the color of the LED from when you open the case.

These are definitely the best earbuds I've purchased for less than $30 (I bought the orange ones)

btw that knob on the case reveals lanyard holes, or you can play with it as a fidget spinner, Apparently it actually does something on their pro version.

https://support.nothing.tech/hc/e...MF-Buds-2a

Their support website talks more about ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation for phone calls) and their ultra bass for the bud 2 models.
