I can't speak to the harbor one but I have two of these. One for my 12 inch Bosch miter saw and one for my 10 inch.

Quality is top notch, sturdy as hell, easy to move. I love them. I did get them on sale for 270 a pop and I'm happy

These stands are fantastic, makes moving large saws around incredibly easy. If your using a 10" or larger, would definitely grab one.
12" stays on mine now, put 7.5" one it once for giggles. Only use one the tiny guy now on all trim jobs.

Stick with the rigid one. There's a reason all the contractors use them even though they don't use any other rigid tools differently lol

I haven't used the HF, but I have this stand, and it's really slick. The Bosch 12' glider is pretty heavy, but it takes almost no effort to move or set up with this stand.

The only downside I see with these stands is that it does take up more space than your cheap ones do. I've got both Bosch miter saw and table saw stands and love them, but be aware of its size.
