They've been this price several times recently, and this is the same pricing as the black Friday deals as I bought them then. Haven't installed yet.

Have these up by the ceiling on my walls in my office and they are great. Use them mainly for ambience/warm light but are great for holidays or other vibes as well. Govee never disappoints

ive installed these in multiple rooms and i really like them. im super picky about lighting and usually stay away from light strips but these are great because of the diffusers that they come with.

That's pretty expensive for just the lights and the diffuser. A couple years ago I got a 65ft roll of the govee rgbic lights and installed them with a set of U-channel diffusers also from amazon. All in was maybe $80 considering the govee "sale." They're still up and working great. So while this would be maybe easier than what I did, it would still be a bit over twice the price all together.

History shows https://www.amazon.com/dp/B094XZB..._title_0_0 I'm unsure if it's still the same product or current quality, it's been close to three years. It was $30 when I grabbed it back then. I didn't have much trouble cutting the channel with snips.

The lights were likely much lower quality and/or quantity (leds per meter) even if they were govee rgbic leds.
