So basically, the cloud service works like this: it exists almost entirely to politely glare at you until you buy the subscription. If you don't want the plan, congratulations! You may still watch your birds like it's 1997 and the internet just screamed at you through a dial-up modem.
You can view live video, yes. You can show your kids birds eating like tiny feathery chaos gremlins, absolutely.
