Having Google One subscription counts as having existing Gemini subscription and gets denied from this offer. Don't know what Google means by this but it is so stingy.

how does Gemini compare to Chat GPT or Claude Ai? I already use both of them, and strangely if you input a file into both of them and ask for a specific task, it generates almost exactly the same answer out of both of them, so why would I need another to tell the exact same reply ?

Chance is Chat GPT won't survive. However, it will be reborn as Copilot.

man they wont even grant me a refund for my current $99 plan that I just purchased last month to facilitate this on a new account. Google is too big to care.

no, no it does not. Its an upgrade as its $199 and dont qualify for the promotional price. My account shows the legacy plan

Make sure you have a family group setup, that you have added members, AND that in YOUR plan console you have selected to SHARE your google ONE plan (it's a little toggle switch that defaults to OFF).. once that is toggled all should be good.

Go to Google One. I downloaded the apps and see the plan Google 2TB Premium with AI is now listed as Google Gemini Pro 2TB. If you already on the plan, then no, you won't see the 99 promotion
