Every keyboard will work on Mac. Just install Karabiner Elements and remap keys as needed.

75% is unrelated to it being wireless, it's the size of the keyboard. 75% means it is 75% the size of a full keyboard, i.e. there is no number pad etc on the right

Does it mean it sounds better or worse?

EDIT: EA3dfx below me is correct, blue is just the color, not the switches. This comes with Reaper switches which are linear (aka red) but has hot-swap if you want to replace them.

Generally most mech keys fall into 3 categories which are based on Cherry (brand) colors:

Red -- Linear with no bump, you won't feel any activation point
Brown -- Has a "tactile" bump
Blue -- Tactile bump with a clicky noise
4th bonus -- Hall effect or TMR switches -- these are linear but use a magnet and most can be set to have the activation point at any point in the key's travel (they're analog).

Since the Cherry patents ran out, there are tons of brands and models that generally fall into 1 of the above. Blues are usually very loud and annoying to anyone near you, and personally I find them annoying to type on because it drives me crazy too. Only get blues if you know that's what you want or are willing to return the keyboard. Blues tend to be on sale more often for this reason. I would personally never recommend blue (clicky) switches but some people like that typewriter sound.

Also Epomaker buys their keyboards from OEMs so just beware their keyboards can be all over the place from great to awful, and I've heard really bad things about their support, but they do make some quality models and prices are usually good.

For this deal, blue just refers to the color of keyboard and has nothing to do with sound profile, which is determined by switch. You can find the sound test comparison of reaper vs graywood on Youtube.

Mine died after a year. Pretty trash quality if you ask me. YMMV
Another issue is using wireless it falls into sleep way too often.

I've been looking for a keyboard with this type of layout. They're so difficult to find and this one is almost perfect for me. I just need a Print Screen to the left of the Delete. I've never seen key labels on the sides of the keys instead of on top.

Key label on side is nothing special, you can easily swap it out by getting new custom keycaps on alieexpress or amazon. For the print screen and delete, you can reprogram the keys that you don't use to those and get the keycaps for those 2, problem solved. But epomaker is known for swelling batteries so maybe do some research before you buy this one
