Isn't $600 the MSRP for the 9700XT?

Different models have different MSRP's for example the 5090 astral is $3499.99 despite 5090 fe being $1999

I have this card.

Seems solid at stock levels. Attempting to OC mine has resulted in severe coil whine. I like the switch to disable the (non-customizable) LEDs.
Given the chance, I'd spend $40 more for the Power Color. Higher clocks and widely regarded as the best version of the 9070 XT.

Which version of powercolor are you referring to? Genuinely curious so I can look out for the card

It's been selling above MSRP for a while. MSRP is a "deal" now I suppose.

I got a hellhound for $630 due to size resections for my case (otherwise I'd have gone with red devil for a little more. Stacked with the 20% paypal offer a while back, temps stay at 64c w/ vram floating between 80-84c. Mind you, this is in an EGPU w/ no extra fans. So perfectly manageable stock, still dialing my OC, but no whine and has been a dream in games.

Been thinking about getting one of these, but can't make up my mind on getting a 5070 TI (with 16GB) vs the 9070 XT (with 16GB). The 9070 XT is at least $120 or so cheaper, but also much better at ray tracing and AI workloads.
