I purchased a total of 5 of the originals (with blue housing) back in 2015 and 2016. One of the power supplies stopped working after a year or two. Other than that, they are still going strong each holiday season.

Considering but drawbacks if I've read it correctly. No mounting bracket stake only. Projector not laser. Red/green lights only.

Depends on the dot density you desired. In theory, you can cover any size of wall if the distance is big enough.

Just in time mom said some of hers are dead... they lasted a few years, but they were much more expensive from ebay. Hope these lasts.
