Keep in mind you need two outlets open for this size blanket and can't use splitters/extension cords. Great blanket though, and very soft.

BTW all heated blankets are a risk, no name ones probably more so... if you end up sleeping on top of it by accident and therefore squishing it between you and the mattress, it will overheat and can burn.

That's why you need a blanket with a temperature sensor, so it cuts off or lowers down the power when it detects overheating. Surely will cost more compared to the one without it.
