Brand new one sold by Amazon is $99.... Would probably go with that one for $2.87 more!

Since this is "Used - Like New," very good chance it's Brand New

Is it variable speed or two speed and does that make a difference do you think? I really want a variable speed

When you squeeze the trigger, the speed can be determined by the pressure you apply. It has a brake that stops the drill when you let off the trigger. "Two speed" is a seperate adjustment.
