The bundle stands out as a strong value for a Moto G Stylus 2025 phone pair plus TCL Tab 10 NxtPaper, especially for reading and light media use. The tablet is repeatedly described as an eye friendlier e paper style screen, good for comics, PDFs, and e reading, and it arrives unlocked with three months of service. The phones are praised for being smooth enough for everyday use, with 8 GB of RAM and a better chip than cheaper alternatives. The main caveat is the unlock and service timing, since the phones need about 60 days of paid service and activation details can affect the clock.

  • buyers who are okay waiting out the unlock window because the phones are reported to unlock around the 60-day mark after paid activation/service (sometimes automatically, sometimes after a restart or a nudge to the unlock department).

  • people who want a cheap "phone + tablet" setup mainly for reading and streaming because commenters say the TCL Tab 10 NXTPaper works fine for streaming media and is mainly a good e-reader, while the Moto G Stylus is "great for reading" (with the tablet being the better fit for that use).

  • buyers who can manage multiple lines on one account and want to maximize the promo math because commenters describe the deal pricing working out when you add the devices/plans correctly (e.g., tablet already unlocked with its 3 months, and phones needing additional month(s) to unlock).

  • people planning to keep the devices for themselves (not resell immediately) because multiple commenters warn resale value seems low and suggest skipping if you need to sell/part with the tablet/phones quickly.

  • kids who need an eye-friendlier tablet for reading and games like Roblox/Minecraft because the TCL Tab 10 NXTPaper is well regarded for its e-paper display and is described as good enough for those games (but not as good for movies).

  • buyers who are trying to do lots of separate orders/accounts to stack the deal repeatedly because commenters warn multi-ordering can trigger fraud-related cancellations/flags and may get your name/address added to a banned list.

  • people who need the phones unlocked immediately (or can't wait ~60 days) because commenters report unlock may not happen automatically even after meeting the requirement and may require contacting the unlock department, plus there are reports of timing/billing quirks that can complicate porting.

  • people who need to port numbers in/out as part of the plan right away because commenters note unlock timing and plan end-date quirks could matter for porting, and there are reports of service/activation issues affecting eligibility.

  • people who want to use the tablet as a gaming device because commenters say it's fine for streaming and reading, but "wouldn't count on it for gaming."

  • buyers who rely on strong long-term security updates for daily-driver use because commenters say the Moto G Stylus (Straight Talk version) is behind on Android/security updates and may be "soon to be obsolete," recommending it mainly for reading rather than financial/security-sensitive use.

So I only did 1 phone + 1 tablet. I guess i have the option to get another phone for $30 if I wanted.
Just noticed the tablet is Android 14, kinda old. Wonder how long before its obsolete or won't allow updating of apps.
I mentioned that earlier, security updates are way out of date too.
Tablet works well with my Google Voice number so it can become a giant phone if you use the GV app.

$30 is the 2nd line discount, do you already have an active ST line?
Yes, I activated a moto G stylus 2025 last week from the deal where you get the phone free w/ the $45 Silver plan, which is why I only ordered one moto G stylus on this deal instead of two.
So in order to replicate these prices, I would need someone who has an existing account to place the order for me?

How are you able to select $30 plan?
I didn't select it. It just showed up in my cart that way. I hit "place order" really quick when I saw it

ST has had a discount for additional lines for a long time, no one made a mistake, it's not anything special. They do have a limit per account so getting additional deals likely will need a different account.

Had placed an order earlier for 1 MOTO G Stylus + TCL Tab, now that I am trying to order a second line, it's giving me the 2nd line for $30, but the phone is not FREE; $199. Any workarounds for it?

You don't need to open a different account.

No, you just add another Moto Stylus 2025 phone in cart and pay just $30. I have ordered another Stylus and 2 Samsung A16 phones for $55 with auto pay after activated the first order of Moto Stylus. Even first order is in shipping. You can activate the line without the sim like Metro by T-mobile.

How many Straight Talk free devices have you purchased in recent months? If this still happens when in Incognito mode, very likely they have flagged your account to prevent the free offer for you. You can consider new IP/device, address, email, credit card if you want to do more.

Recieved the tablet + stylus today. Tablet is an interesting one... likely just use it as an e-reader.

I see a sim pack in the box, which I assume is for the tablet?

What I want to do, which seems like it should be fine, is activate the phone, do the one month thing, then activate the sim in the tablet for another 3 months after.

Although am curious if we could simply swap in the tablet sim into the phone after 1 month, then add another 3 months to the phone? Guessing they are 'attached', so to speak, to each device, however?

Is there an advantage to ordering them all at once vs one at a time? Besides the fact if you want all of them at once?

Like could we order another stylus in a month... when that runs out, order an A16.. when that runs out, another A16, and so on?

Just wondering, as if the price remains the same, spread out over multiple orders, one may be able to tie in CB for each order, making them even cheaper.

Can I port in my number? Ideally I'd like to port in, wait till phone is unlocked and then port out and do it again with the other Moto stylus.

Since I have to pay for phone service anyways, it will be nice not to have to pay for service I'm not using.

No advantage to ordering them at once. The sale price might over if you order another stylus in next month. The price remains the same as $100 for 4 phones. After order spread out over multiple orders. For CB, there is a site offering $30 back for each order and you need have the services least 60 days. Let me know.

For the CB do you know if it is 20$ per line activation for a total of 60$ for 3 lines or is it per account? I don't know if I have to go through the CB when activating each line or just one line

Yeah, the real advantage is making use of sales/coupons and whatever is in stock now vs waiting. Although in my case I have a pile of devices from past Total deals (Razr, SE3, Stylus 24 and now Stylus 25 w/ this deal)... don't really need more phones.

But if sort of free, and with a month of service, it's a 'why not?' sort of deal.

Typically for CB, I use a site where it usually pays less than similar sites, but I am pretty confident it'll pay eventually (always has, even if it doesn't track initially) -- they are good that way, even if there is an issue they almost always take care of it. So won't be $30 back, but 'something' back.

Also a way to spread out CB from various cards, although who knows what will be active when the time comes.

You guys thinking you'll get $30 CB on multiple orders are pretty funny. ST pays the CB site for the referral, there's always a limit per customer - vendors learned this lesson a really long time ago.

CB sites will pay for multiple activations on separate orders... I've done this, as I am sure others have.

However $30? No idea there, as I haven't done it for that site. And as I mentioned, I tend to go more for the sure thing vs higher paying sites.
