I've had these, they are abysmal in this day and age. Especially when 8bitdo Ultimates we're just on sale for TWELVE DOLLARS.

If Stockton had built the entire sub out of this plastic, he'd still be alive today.

Logitech went through so many iterations of a game controller in the 90s and early 2000s, then just stopped with this. 20 year old design?

It navigated a submarine to the bottom of the ocean

Nah, Logitech is oldie but goodie. Used this for a decade. Never had a stick drift, unlike 8bitdo.

I remember buying one of these over 15 years ago based on overwhelmingly positive reviews and recommendations, and I can only recommend it as a wrist exerciser. Your fingers will be sore from the stiff triggers. I guess one good feature is that you can easily switch gamepad and thumb stick with a single button press, and there is a switch to change from d input to x input, but tbh I see little point in either of these features

This is a legendary usb controller. Not perfect in today's world, but if you need a reliable controller that never needs new batteries for cheap, doubtful you'd do much better than this.

I had this about 20 years ago. It works okay but was very uncomfortable for me to use. It's cheap and probably better than nothing but if you can afford to spend more, get something else. For example, the 8BitDo Ultimate 2C Wired Controller is available on Amazon for $14 with a coupon. That would be more comfortable and likely work better.
