I read several taste reviews that stated the underwood farms tastes nowhere near before or after huy fong with little to no heat and the price is excessive. While the huy fong is milder than it used to be the taste is still considerably better and that part I can vouch for on my own as I have both an old bottle and a new.
Huy fong before was noticeably hotter and had better pepper flavor. The "new Huy Fong" is still good and still champion.
I tried about 10 other varieties during the fallout, none of the other brands satisfied my need.
