This is correct, and the deal is still active (linked below):

Yes, I believe they don't make higher power ones with tilt. So, if you want the power and need it, get the lift. But, if you dont want/need the power, then get tilt for the convenience.

I got the 4.5 qt model. An aunt has both she said she likes and uses the smaller one the most. $200 after discount.

Watts doesn't equate to how powerful the motor is. The power factor of an electric motor also determines how powerful a motor is, though I don't think it could account for the 175 watts difference.
