If you need the charger it's an okay price but typically you can find these for $60 to $70 for the battery if you are patient.

Technically, it is a good deal if you need another battery and charger. The battery by itself is usually $139 at Depot. These sets were a "get one" option with a previous holiday "Buy one, get one" promotion. It doesn't appear that they were a very popular choice and may be marked down even further in stores at a later date. All 4 HD stores in my area have a lot of these in stock still with an average of 14 per store. And I don't think the Marketplace, Offerup, eBay and Craigslist resellers will be buying them at this price as this is what they were as part of the previous promo. If you bookmark the page and check it every Monday, you can watch for the additional markdowns usually every 2-6 weeks depending on how many are being sold at the current price. The entire inventory of Christmas promotional items need to be gone before the Father's Day promotions begin to arrive in stores. So if any are still around at the end of February into the middle of March, that is when you will find the extra slick deals on clearance Christmas tools at HD.

This is regular battery and not worth it unless you really need the charger, then it's $20 overpriced but that's ok
