These collect water inside the metal part when you run them through the dish washer. Not the end of the world but you have to remove the silicone handle to dump the water out so it doesn't leak when you use it the next time

These look more plasticy than silicone. If it's like the ones I had, they would start chipping at the ends after a while.

Just an FYI Walmart has these exact items just not the same name brand for .50 cents each. They are good quality.
