Great deal, but you need a foundation. And a solid weekend assembly. The window, skylights and the included shelf and hooks are all make it a good deal. I did a concrete slab in the backyard for this and am very happy. It comes with a floor, that holds the whole structure together so it needs to sit on a level surface. This is the lowest you will see till next new years sale.

Great price, just a tough time of the year to be laying a concrete slab as the foundation.

got a little smaller one from sams club 8x7.5 but might sell and get this since it's overflowing, wish the 8x20 would be on sale too.... I built a frame using pressure treated wood 16 inch spacing and added 3/4 OSB over it, I also put flashing on edges where osb was exposed. With a wood frame you can jack up and even move around property easily. been almost 2 years floor is solid, but would recommended exterior ply for places that get a lot of rain.

pavers are is a great alternative, using paver pads you don't need to much stone. plus have it delivered even better than loading and unloading at a big box store.

My experience with building the 8x10 was not the greatest. I built the foundation using 4x4s and filled it with 3/4" gravel just like some videos on YT did it. You need to be sure that this foundation is 100% level or you aren't going to have a great time installing it. My first issue is it took me way too long to figure out how to install the truss because most of the items are not labeled. I could have saved so much time if they did this. I had to watch the videos multiple times to figure out what went where.

My second issue I ran into was installing the walls into the floor. For some reason they would not line up, I assume it may have been due to either the floor pieces not being leveled or possibly one slipping out of the tongue and groove. I was able to get it installed after several attempts.

You need to be very careful with your impact. Even with having it on the lowest setting some screws still didn't go in properly. Lifetime will send you replacement screws which are different thread if you call them up.

Finally this thing is not water proof. I am getting water coming in and it isn't coming from the root. I caulked the inside floor to wall connections as well as the tongue and groove and still am getting water on the floor. I need to reach out to support to see what is going on but having multiple entry points by the door where water can get in is probably the issue.

Overall would I buy this again? Absolutely not. Spend the extra money and get a wood shed. Yes it is double the price but it will not only outlast this but will not leak. Maybe I got a dud or it is indeed leaking from the roof but I will need to attempt to hose the roof down and see some day.
