It says these are new, but then says that they're returns.
I would be sketched out about buying returned SD cards, what are the chances there are any counterfeits in this batch.

Most likely they are refurbs, woot has a history of selling refurbished micro sd cards as "new, bulk packaging"
The chances of fakes is always there especially with amazon mixing multiple sellers items together (amazon owns/runs woot)
