So. I can go on eBay and find a business class retired system. With an ssd and memory. Ready to run windows 11 with this cpu, for about this same price..... that my friends is a better deal.

On the bright side, this is on the windows 11 cpu compatibility list. Basically this is the bare minimum to run windows 11 for this generation.
