Thermalright TL-C12C-S has a 5-pack of fans for around $18 and a 3-pack for around $12. Unless this offers noticeably improved radiator performance or airflow, I don't think it's worth it.

It's like the 5th result when searching "thermalright case fan" on Amazon. I believe the C12C-S have 1550rpm as their max speed. If you need super high airflow and not static pressure then its not the best. It's more of a do-it-all with decent airflow and static pressure but not class leading.

I wouldn't want to run any fan at max speed since they start howling past a certain point (under 600-700rpm is very quiet on these). I would check out Hardware Canucks video (2023 so a bit outdated) about noise-normalized performance for rgb case fans.

TLBig GrinW is that the C12C-S are middle of the pack for airflow and very good for noise-normalized radiator performance, which is solid considering they are dirt cheap...

All 5 of mine are essentially silent with good fan curves, and my AIO pump makes far more noise at idle. (similar to low-speed humidifiers)
