$2.70 for 16 ounces makes this 16.9¢/ounce.
For comparison...Sams and Costco currently have the regular Dawn Powerwash (not lemon) @ $12.99/$12.98 for 64.5 ounces which is 20.1¢/ounce regular price. They both place the Dawn Powerwash on sale for about $3 less at times to make them cheaper per ounce than this amazon S&S sale.
TIP: To make your own Dawn Powerwash spray, mix about 13 oz of water with 2 oz of Dawn dish soap and 1 oz of 70% isopropyl alcohol in a reusable spray bottle. In my experience, it's not quite as foamy as the official Powerwash, but works the same.
EDIT: I noticed when adding to my S&S, my price was $2.20 = 13.8¢/ounce...that beats even Sams/Costco if on sale for $9.99. I haven't tried reusing an actual Dawn bottle, so I don't know if it's possible to make your own in the original bottle.

Good tip, I haven't gone back to real Powerspray ever since I started using the homemade recipe. The "homemade" version of spray mix is surprisingly good. I usually add an extra 1/2 oz of "ultra" dishwashing liquid, so 2 1/2 oz, and only a teaspoon of alcohol. What's great is even if you don't like what you've made it's easy to adjust on the fly. Want more soapiness/foaminess or more grease cutting, add a little more soap. Too soapy/foamy, add a little more alcohol.

The home made version is a lot better than this.

I do homemade too but I have actually worn out the sprayer on my current one so I will pick this up to get a new head. The plastic flexing piece eventually loses its springiness.

Probably on sale after everyone figured out this bottle contains 1/12 as much soap as a regular Dawn soap bottle

I don't even notice this working noticeably better than regular liquid dish soap. Maybe it's great in some use case I don't encounter, but for me I've seen no benefit.
