No, it' not.

Before trying to correct someone, it's best to check all the details.

This one is for the 30 ounce variation, under the general 40 oz listing.

In addition, if you also filter all reviews for this one variation, not a single one complains of getting the wrong size.

Nothing to indicate you'll get a 40 oz size when ordering (this variation).

I think that's just how it's titled on amazon's page, you can choose between 30 and 40oz and for the price it's valid for the 30oz size. But thanks, that is confusing for sure!

My fault.. obviously didn't understand what I was looking at. I thought it was all in one, mug included.

Does this stay on snug without the shoulder strap? Looking for something to hold the phone, wallet and keys for the gym but won't be using the shoulder strap.

I really like the Stanley brand as a much less expensive alternative to Yeti. Yeti is definitely a better product, but you pay an excessive premium for the name.

Someone gave me their 40oz Stanley because they weren't using it. I have a 32oz Ozark Trail (Walmart brand) that's 6-7 years old. I'm brutal with it, toss it in the dishwasher, whatever.

I simply cannot understand the hype around Stanley and Yeti and whatever. It's an insulated stainless steel cup. Other than color options, what logic do people use to convince themselves any of these "premium" brands are worth the cost? I guess it's just another status symbol and some people care about that.
