I'd say these directions can be made better for those of us with food scales. I've been making this for years:

13oz water
2oz dish soap
1oz isopropyl alcohol (I use 90%)

As a warning, the alcohol fumes are off-putting when you spray. Could they be toxic? Probably. Use caution.

I make my own. Love the squirt bottle though. The bottle has been in use over a year with no signs of breaking yet. Saves a grip of cash since the kids don't regulate the amount of soap used while doing dishes. Their version of a drop is a tea or tablespoons lol.
