great monitor bought for like 650 without edd/epp with Samsung shop first time buyer deal after tax. Need to tweak the settings to get it looking right and hdmi only supports up to 1440p 21:9 60fps, but it's solid for productivity and tv/movies. Haven't gamed yet, should be good. Text clarity is solid.

I stopped using my larger but older 1080p tv that was behind my monitor since this looks much better even from a distance and at an angle. I was expected the colors to look a lot worse from different angles since it's va, but it's a non issue. Almost went with a 1800r curve because 1000 seemed a bit aggressive, but now that i've used this I kinda want 800

Ah too bad that I have exceeded the EPP limit for the year. It went from $589 to $649. Maybe that's a sign that I bought too many monitors. Maybe next year it would get even cheaper.

Probably the best monitor in it's size range without going OLED.
