Polyester is travel suit. I have 4 of these. One in each color. I travel for work a lot and that's what I wear when I am on the road. They don't winkle in a carryon and dry quickly if it gets wet.

Wool vs. Polyester. Different material for different purpose.

Amazon's listing says 100% polyester, but the Haggar info in the fourth picture lists it as 64% polyester, 34% viscose, 2% Spandex.

They don't need touch up. I even have a collection of JM Hagger polyester shirts. No longer need to iron suits and shirts in a hotel room. They are men's best friend.

Dirt on the surface you can wipe it off with water and it will dry quickly. I don't take them to a dry cleaner between trips. I use a steamer at home.

People think wearing polyester is wearing a trash bag. It's not. Gym wears are polyester. They are comfy in the summer.

This. Some companies market specifically for this. Look at bluffworks. Synthetic, machine washable. Order of magnitude more than thus though. Companies have been trying to mimic the look and feel of natural fibers with the performance of "modern" materials. You can find lightweight wool that is durable and great from a thermal regulation standpoint but haven't seen a well rated 100% wool suit or blazer that is machine washable if that matters to you.

I'm curious then if you would use the dry clean in a bag Solution by dryel or something like that then. There's got to be times whenever you get caught and sweat inside that suit and have to give it a good dry cleaning of some sort.
