Shop Simon recommended me to get their insurance, which included free return, for a carpet. The quality carpet was not as described. When I tried to return it, I found out the insurance only covers around $10 dollars of shipping fee. The return shipping cost was $68. I tried to communicate to them, but it was useless. Watch out for Shop Simon!

they have to charge more on ebay because of the ebay fees, i.e. the ebay tax. stop and think before being a jerk
