Some people say that fabric softener sticks in the washer and then comes off as black debris.

Just go to P&G on the Amazon search bar and pick something else in the list for 33% off. Including Downy of a different flavor.

Unless you plan on doing laundry for others or have a huge family, do not buy four at a time. Downy is known to turn to putting and while there is no best buy date that I've seen, online AI says this is a known problem and that there is a life expectancy of about a year. Without a stamped date, it's impossible to know when the clock began. I now either only buy one at a time or choose a different brand as I've only had this issue with Downy.
