Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

The reviews are abysmal, and it's only $200 off. That is because the Acer brand reputation is known to use inferior parts in the manufacturing process as well as poor customer service, thus all the refurbished deals we see on this brand.

Could be worth it for some, as the price is good for the specs. Plus you get 90 day easy return policy at Costco.

CPU is known to be power hungry [Intel claims 17W, reality is ~ 30W] so this puppy will be a real lap warmer for the short time the battery holds up before you need to jack in again... Plus, Windows 11 🤮. Why don't we see turnkey Linux systems in this day and age? Where's the love for the customer?

Why in the world would someone buy this when the Intel Ultra 7 is available for the same price: https://slickdeals.net/f/20205426-acer-aspire-16-ai-16-fhd-ips-120hz-touch-intel-ultra-7-256v-16gb-lpddr5-512gb-ssd-599-99-costco?src=SDSearchv3&attrsrc=Thread%3AExpired%3AFalse%7CSearch%3AType%3Anormal%7CSearch%3ASort%3Arecent%7CSearch%3AHideExpired%3Afalse
This is a terrible deal.
