20W is very low and if you use dual or triple ports at the same time, the total output is 15W.

These things are notoriously faulty after a few months.

Mine died after two months. I haven't bothered with trying to get the customer service to place it.

I bought the 65W version of this and the touch power button sucks.
Also the USB-C port power resets when you plug in another device - I guess to renegotiate power delivery? Fine if you're charging, but I have a travel router plugged in which gets rebooted.

I had one of these then returned. It's fine as a power strip but the main feature is the built in ports which are underpowered. Consider their higher wattage options!

I bought this and it stopped working after a week of use then warranty send me another one and that also broke. So They decided to give my money back. They response emails quickly so +1 for that.

You lucky, my other version of this only lasted 11 months. Then blinking blue button as widely reported.
