Couldn't you accomplish the same thing with any router that supports bridge VPN? Certainly this is easier because it's preconfigured but thinking it should be about half this price. You could even use a Raspberry PI but I guess in the end you would be approaching the same price point. I have to listen to that voice that keeps saying "How much is your time worth?".

I could see this being useful if you're frequently having whole family connect and want to have all of those devices on VPN. However if it's just couple of devices then having teleport option to connect back also works, I believe it's through their wifiman app.

It's only Wi-Fi 5. I wouldn't use it if I had one. I already have the Beryl AX and Slate 7.
