I've used several dishwasher pod from this brand, but they all leave a strong smell on my dishes afterward. Does anyone have other recommendations?

We had an appliance guy tell us that with Cascade you WANT to have food scraps still on the dishes so it has something more to dissolve and work with and Cascade will work better, and we usually don't have issues and it still gets the dishes clean. YMMV
