Get ScAmazon business and you too can miss out on many slickdeals posted items. I have business and it seems only about 50% of posted deals actually are available for business accounts.

Is there any difference between a standard prime and a business prime account? For example are prices different or is the selection different? For a person who already has a standard prime account, is there a reason to open a business prime account?
A business prime didn't come with prime video, but it came with business price offer for the item. They charged me only $10 for one year business prime essentials.

Do the eligible products have to be sold by and shipped from Amazon? Or can it be from anyone even sold by and shipped from third party? The terms don't make that clear.

When it was 35% up to $100 it also applied to third party sellers.

I have seperate accounts - one is standard prime and one is business prime (free to set up with your prime account)
Honestly I think the business account is more expensive so I usually use my personal.

Can somebody who has done this explain?
Do you have to cancel this trial sometime later?
How does this "Up to 50% Off work? Do they give a coupon code to make a purchase later?
Why do I see "shipping cost" ? I have Prime.
I can not get to the US customer services, Oversea has no clue what Amazon is doing.

Should be able to set up Amazon Prime Duo here for free. Essentially your business account will share the benefits of your Prime account I believe.

Go to your ACCOUNT Page. There should be an item to open a Business Account and get 50% off until Jan 31 (max $50). You may not get this exact offer but one that is similar. If it is substantially less just log out of your account and try again.

Follow the prompts to set up the account. If you sell on ebay or someplace else it's good enough. They will ask for a name - make one up. Identify the business as a single proprietor. You shouldn't be asked for a SSN. You can connect it to your private account by using the same address to make log on easier. No info is shared between the accounts although at the beginning you can copy your addresses and CC numbers from your private.

A 50% of up to $50 should come immediately to your email. Good luck

My experience is that the pricing on the business account is usually the same or has some extra discount such as 50% off if you buy two. This is in addition to the offers to open an account such as this one. The big downside is that your Prime account doesn't apply and Business Prime doesn't have Prime video. Therefore you use the Business account whenever there is a promotion and you will need to look out for the Shipping. My experience has been if you spend at lease $30 the shipping will be free but in a few cases I had to make my purchases on the Personal account even though the Business account had a discount. You CANNOT use your PERSONAL Account PRIME for BUSINESS Account purchases.

Quite often there are good offers (25% to 50% for a month) to open a Business account. Also 'bulk' discounts which often only needs you to buy 2 of an item.
