Thoughts on this? My refrigerator just broke not long ago. Doing some research everyone says not to buy Samsung, but usually it seems they have some of the better sales.

The Bespoke line seems to be the exception to the "No Samsung Appliances" rule. I have been burnt by Samsung appliances in the past, and I'm considering picking this up to replace a frozen-up non-Bespoke Samsung fridge that came with the house. We do have a Bespoke washer and dryer set with a year of heavy usage in our short term rental, and zero issues with them so far. We actually get a lot of compliments about them by our guests that use them.

As always, do your research and understand the risks. That said, I'm not confident there are any brands out there that are the "go-to" for appliances. Every manufacturer appears to be unreliable at this point.

Samsung Bespoke appliances receive generally positive reviews from most experts.

On this particular model, I actually prefer (and own) the 4 door fridge. The 3 door has longer front panels that extend further down and feel a bit unnatural to open for anyone taller than about 5' 6" (wife's height, she said 4 door is ideal too).

I have one of these and they are pretty nice! Water pitcher is very handy. I've had mine for over a year and have had no issues.

I have a 4door (the one with a middle drawer, not the flex one) and I love this thing. I got it for around the same price as this last year by stacking a bunch of EPP stuff.

Everyone loves parroting the "don't buy Samsung" thing. It wasn't too long ago that Kia and Hyundai suffered from the same thing but people have mostly stopped that.

These fridges are great. I have one and a buddy has one. The icemaker is not in the fridge section which was one of the biggest downfalls of Samsung (and frankly many other brands').

The beverage center is awesome and so convenient. During Christmas we took the pitcher out and had it at the table for everyone to refill water when they wanted, and when it was empty, pop it back in and it refills on its own in like 30 seconds.

You'll ALWAYS see bad reviews. Even Bosch 800 dishwashers and Mieles have tons of bad reviews these days.

You can also watch Ben's video too: https://youtu.be/4Wc9kgGQOqY?si=g2VJdID7d7S2okg8

Do NOT buy the AI screen thing. It just isn't worth it. The panels are fun too and actually make replacingdented and old panels super easy and cheap (vs replacing a whole door).

Anyways, I've been very happy with my 4 door one. Just make sure it fits your space because of the way these fridges open their doors.

The Bespoke series was an acquisition by Samsung from another company... So doesn't have the same reliability issues as their other appliances.

Nothing says 'bespoke' like a mass produced fridge, lol

I bought this model a few months back. This is a good price. It's been working well and is a really nice size. The only issues are the left fridge door will close on itself no matter how much I level it and the water pitcher drips when pouring.

The whole point was that you could customize the panels to be exactly what you want but they got rid of that which sucks so yeah. Not very bespoke now

Stainless steel one changed the price to $1799 while I was ordering. I ordered the white one, I guess it's relatively easy to find these panels and change the color if I don't like it.

It's the cheapest 30 cu ft that I've seen in many years without specific student / employee discounts. I plan to disconnect the ice maker and with that fridge should work for many years with no issues
