2) Here's some Kansas City pricing of the lowest options: Jr. Hamburger $1.89, Crispy Chicken Sandwich $2.09, Jr Fries $1.69, Apple Slices $1.39, Small Coffee $1.49, Jr. Frosty $1.59, Cookie $1.20. Generally the cookie is the cheapest option at every location I've seen. I'll note that the app often has the 4 for $4 still in it at some locations and this deal should work with that.

Edit: From what it looks like and what other articles are stating, it may be a "w/purchase." The terms they use is "with purchase of any item at full price." Hooray for "with purchase" deals making a comeback!
