For $7.50 more you can get the 65W USB-C that can charge some laptops vs the 20W version posted. https://www.amazon.com/CCCEI-Stan...B0F8VV71JX

We have something similar (smaller) for the cubicles at work. The cubes aren't assigned to anyone so you check them out when you come into the office. Its very annoying to start your shift every day by crawling under the desk to plug your laptop and phone in when you can instead have it nice and handy.

Also nice for workbenches.

No price mention anywhere whatsoever in the post. Amazing.
It's right at the top. Originally $40, now $20.

been looking for something similar but without the surge protector, don't need it since it will be hooked up to a UPS, reminds me of when I went to Microcenter since they had the cheapest power strips, no surge, but they were more expensive than the surge protectors. The cashier looked surprised.

I have one of these types of things on my desk and it's fantastic. If I just want to plug something in like a lamp, calculator, pencil sharpener etc I can do it easy and fast.

Adjustable standing desks need things like monitors plugged into outlets attached to the desk surface, or they will yank out when you raise the desk.
That said, I agree that having cables on top of the desk is more clutter, which is why I glued a hard drive magnet to a regular power strip, and then glued a hard drive magnet to the underside of my desk. All 3 monitors are plugged in under the desk, along with other various powered devices that sit on top of the desk. The only cable that moves when the desk is raised is the power strip.
