Claims to have triple-wall vacuum insulation but I doubt that, since even name brands offer only double. It's also a frequently returned item.

We bought two the last time I saw it here on SD. So far, they work well. My only complaint is it's a screw on lid and it doesn't exactly position where you want the opening to be. In any case, if you don't screw it super tight it will position it to an acceptable position. It does seem to be well insulated and worth the price.

This does a fair job at insulating. Not spectacular like Ozark Trails. Ice melts overnight on the bedside table.
This one has an inner seam, not a smooth inner cup like Ozarks.

The leakproof aspect is nice and works well if you have it closed, and don't have it cross-threaded. It is difficult to get the spout lined up without really cranking on it. Then it is a bit harder to unscrew. As mentioned earlier, you can get it to a "good enough" drinking position easily enough. I put a drop of cooking oil along the threads every so often to help.

The other drawback is that you will need to make sure the mouthpiece is COMPLETELY extended open, or else you will get some air in the straw when you drink. Just how the design is. So before each drink, I use my finger or teeth to press it fully towards me before drinking. It becomes second nature.

These work fine for insulating my drink, being spill-resistant, and they are pretty easy to clean. I bought this instead of a Stanley to try it and see if it was good enough and if it wasn't I'd fork over $35 for a Stanley instead. Luckily this is definitely good enough and I have 2 now for about 1/2 the price of a single Stanley cup and it fits most of the same accessories since they are almost identical size and shape.

Looks like the bad reviews are regarding to the lid screws on and when it's seated , the straw is facing the handle or some awkward position. Possible a bad batch? Third party vendor copy?

User error. You can use it for left or right-handers. Good design. It's just sometimes difficult to make it line up perfectly without a little extra force, as I mentioned. Occasionally, I wipe a little oil around the threads to make it easy to tighten fully.

So all the picture that show the lid closes at near the handle is incorrect?
