This one has an inner seam, not a smooth inner cup like Ozarks.
The leakproof aspect is nice and works well if you have it closed, and don't have it cross-threaded. It is difficult to get the spout lined up without really cranking on it. Then it is a bit harder to unscrew. As mentioned earlier, you can get it to a "good enough" drinking position easily enough. I put a drop of cooking oil along the threads every so often to help.
The other drawback is that you will need to make sure the mouthpiece is COMPLETELY extended open, or else you will get some air in the straw when you drink. Just how the design is. So before each drink, I use my finger or teeth to press it fully towards me before drinking. It becomes second nature.
