Seems price error for sure, as such a thick and video and data cable at 40 Gbps is insane, regular Baseus superior series 2 price is around $29.99, good time to have couple of these around; was not sure if it was data (40 Gbps and video) but self test with a connection to monitor confirmed the video output.

The one on Baseus website is 240 watt but 480 mbps (usb 2) while the cable above is 40 Gbps data speed (USB 4), surprisigngly Baseus website does not show these superior series 2 cables in US that has Thunderbolt 4 capability. Appears slick deal to me.
