I recently purchased some of the thirdreality zigbee light bulbs that were on sale. They are very well made and have lots of options, plus they had a firmware update that applied right away for additional functionality and stability. These devices will pair natively with home assistant if you have a zigbee radio. Very impressed with the quality, I may pick up a few of these other sensors (there are several posted deals right now)

Agreed. I've had a two of these for a couple years (connected to a Smartthings hub and they're still going strong and still on the original batteries. I'm tempted to try the vibration sensor but not sure where I would put it.

I have several of these around my house connected to Home Assistant via my Sonoff zigbee dongle and ZHA. They have been rock solid (easy better than the Sonoff temperature sensors I had before). Plus having the screen is a nice feature I use more than I thought I would. It's nice to not have to pull out my phone every time I want to know the temp. And the battery life is in the multi-year range. Overall great product and I'll probably buy some more.

I hope somebody reads this and can comment on the ability to adjust the sensitivity of the vibration sensor. I had one from another company that didn't have the ability to set the sensitivity for the vibration and it didn't work for my purpose. I want to set it on top of my condensate pump so I can tell how many times a day it's running and emptying out the water. more importantly to set up a rule that says if it hasn't run in over x time to send a notice to my phone.

There is a physical toggle in the sensor to change sensitivity and to disable the siren.

Not "just" that, but they do that as well. These devices are intend to be connected to a smart home system so you could automate tasks based on the readings, for example if a temperature gets too high you could turn on a fan. Humidity too high? Turn on a dehumidifier, etc.
